TBA™ - 120FR

TBA - FR Series

TBA-FR series is inherited Toshiba technology, the pursuit of high reliability further automatic biochemical analyzer equipment. TBA - 120 FR, Accute (TBA - 40 FR), TBA - 25 FR and TBA ™ - 2000 FR, can meet all the needs of large and small laboratory

TBA™-120FR

Toshiba's state-of-the-art technologies are incorporated into a single high-perormance analyzer system. The TBA-120FR™ provides prompt and reliable test results.

˙ Touch screen and mouse for easy operation

The TBA-120FR uses a touch panel and mouse, which make detailed setting convenient. A color monotor is used to facilitate viewing and opration.

˙ Process monitor for the display of the analysis status

The analysis status from the sampling stage to the result reporting stage is displayed on the screen of the console. this helps the operator estimate when the urgent sample results will be ready.

˙ Multiview test screen for the display of various types of information in a single window

The multiview screen displays the calibrationresults, remaining reagent volumes, and QC data in one window. All the essentail information can be seen without switching the screen.

˙ The highly flexible reagnet compartments support various bottle sizes

A wide variety of reagent racks and reagnet adapters are provides. The TBA-120FR supports a large number of bottle sizes.

˙ Dedicated rack for detergents and solution

Detergent for the reagent probes, bath additives, and solution for the ISE can be set at dedicated position.

˙ Intelligent sampler for flexible operation

A universal dual-disk double sampler is used. The new functions include sheet forms and independent scanning for the inner and outer disks. These feauters allow various demands of the clinical laboratory to be met.

˙ High-preision photometry : Enables measurement using a microvolume

Toshiba'a extensive experience and advenced technologies have been integrated to reduce reaction volume and improve data percision. Photometry is possible for a minimum reaction volume of 80uL for undiluted samples. This feature improves the cost/ performance ratio through reduction of the reagent requirements, and it enables a wide reange of application.

˙ Each probe contains an integrated level sensors that detects the liquid surface correctly

The sample and reagent probes each contain an integrated level sensor. They detect the sample or reagnet surface, minimizing contact and reducing the interference between different samples and between different reagents. In addition, the probe guard detects obstacles and thus prevents collisions and other operational problems.

˙ The piezoelectric stirrer mixes the reaction liquid effictively

The vibration-type stirrer, which using a piezoelectric element, mixes the reaction liquid effectively. Mixing abd washing is completed in a measurement cycle time of 4.5 seconds. the simple structure of the stirrer allow easy maintenance.

˙ Hard glass reaction cuvettes: Facilitate effective washing

TBA-120FR employs molded hard-glass reaction cuvettes that can be washed effectively.

˙ Sample Clot detection function provided as standard

The sample clot detection unit monitors the preesure during sample aspiration abd dispensing abd detects any abnormalities in the pressure waveform. If cloggings in the sample probe due to fibrin and other obstacles are detected, an error is output and the sample probe ia washed automatically. Sampling of the next sample is stared when the pressure returns to normal levels.

˙ Toshiba's original eletrolyte measyrement unit installed as standard

Toshiba's original integrated multi-ion sensor can simultaneously measure three electrolytes (Na, K, Cl) in serum or urine and is designed for easy maintenance. CV < 1.0 %

˙ Flex Rate function for reducing the retest ratio

For high-concentration samples that require retesting after dilution, the Flex Rate function calculates the concentration based on the absorbance date in the early stages of the read timing and reports the result. This minimizes the retest ratio abd consequently the reporting time and opration cost.

˙ Recalculation function for calculation with different conditions

A sample result can be recalculated with different conditions (for example, different test parameter). This feature facilitates investigation related to new tests.

˙ Mass-memory database for storage of up to 10,000 sample results

Measurement results and reaction curves for up to 10,000 samples can be stored in the hard disk. The absorbance data for all the 16 wavelengths is stored in the database, enabling effictive data analysis.

˙ Automatic mode for startup and shotdown

The power can be switched ON or OFF without troublesome procedures. In addition, the timer function allows the system to be started automatically at the programmed time of day fr each day of the week.
